On October 11, 2023, Marquis Modern Towns reached an exciting milestone with the official Ground Breaking Ceremony at our site on 708 Woolwich Street in Guelph, Ontario. The event was well attended, with local dignitary Mayor Cam Guthrie joining us to commemorate this significant moment.
Our valued partners including VanMar Constructors, companies instrumental in making this day possible, came together to celebrate the beginning of something truly remarkable that is coming soon to Guelph.
This ceremony marks the start of an exciting journey toward creating a new, vibrant Guelph community at Marquis Modern Towns.
