Reid’s Heritage Properties celebrated an exciting milestone on October 11, 2023, as they marked the official Ground Breaking Ceremony at Marquis Modern Towns, located at 708 Woolwich Street in Guelph, Ontario. The event was well attended including local dignitary Mayor Cam Guthrie, who joined us to commemorate this significant moment.
Our valued partners, Equiton, were also on hand to share in the day’s excitement. In2ition Realty Brokerage and VanMar Constructors, two pivotal companies instrumental in making this day possible, were present to celebrate the beginning of something truly remarkable, coming soon to Guelph.
This ceremony marks the start of an exciting journey toward creating a new, vibrant community at Marquis Modern Towns.
